sample13 failed on ie7

Description

I find that i can't switch a textarea to a fckeditot on ie7,even the sample page 13 had that problem. But it works well on ie6.

Is sample13 the only one that fails or are all the samples?
Are you loading them directly from the filesystem without a localhost?

I guess that this is a dup of #1627

yep.It works when I put it in a host. It's dup with #1627
