[FF] When deleting table resize handles don't disappear

Description
When deleting a table in Firefox, the resize handles stay on the screen even though the table borders disappear. Only after double clicking somewhere or typing do the handles disappear.

This should be fixed in Mozilla, I guess that https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=265568 is the right bug.

Confirmed using the latest SVN on FF2. Works OK with IE.
