Description
There are still some bugs in the image dialog:
-Image in preview area has wrong size in edit mode.
-I should use inputs: onKeyDown in Height, Width, Border and H/Vspace (instead of onChange)
-It can read image ratio and original image ratio and set 'Lock Ratio' if equal (check once on show)
