In Safari 3.x release, Tab and Shift Tab is not reaching the editor area.

Description
In Safari 3.x release, Tab and Shift Tab is not able to reach the editor area at all. Thus user can't reach the editor area using tab or shift tab.

This looks like a browser limitation we can't workaround. Fortunately it works well with Safari 4.
