Resizing tables in Safari doesn't work with mouse

Description

No handles are present to resize tables with mouse when using the editor in Safari. This appears to be a browser issue.

Need clarification on this.

This is something I've already commented in the past, in another ticket, that time regarding table cells features. It's a browser limitation and we can't fix it.
