Description
There is still no support for dragging elements in Internet Explorer. Firefox works. You can drag any element that has position:absolute in FF3+.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a not yet implemented feature that Firefox has made work. If so please move this to the feature request section.
Kind regards

I assume you talking about content inside editor with position absolute, which in FF features nice mouse handers and drag-me arrows on top-left. Yes, that's browser-specific feature of design mode.
We probably wont support such feature natively inside editor right now, thus it wont be available across all browsers.
