Description
When
CKEDITOR.config.scayt_maxSuggestions = 0.
Scayt banner has wrong position/z-index. Please see the attachment.

It's ok to indicate that this one is supposed to be fixed by another tickets, but it should be closed only after confirming the fix one the relative ticket gets closed.

Forcing a minimum number of suggestions could somehow helps to workaround this problem while it doesn't work if user's using the following config:
config.scayt_maxSuggestions = 1;
It's necessary to re-design the AD banner location to avoid conflicting with the secondary context menu.

New version of SCAYT core allows to close banner manually. Those changes will available in CKEditor 3.2.1 and should help.

My suggestion to this one is to force having a minimum number of suggestions, which would not impact on the ads banner.
