[IE6] Control type element is masking toolbar button.

Description
When we're having a vertical scrolled document with control type element selected in it, the toolbar buttons under which is been masked and are thus unable to been clicked.

That's much probably a browser limitation. Still to check.

Yes, this is a bug in IE that has existed forever. There are other tickets about this with the same conclusion.
