Description
What about a thumbnail view of the Uploaded Files, that would make it even easier to find the files.

That is possible only in IE<7, so I don't think is worth coding it as few people use each day the old versions of IE.
Why? I thougt of simple <img>s instead of Links in the Filesupload Window instead of the Textlinks.

Sorry, for some reason I thought that you were asking for a preview before upload.
This is probably covered by #147 although it has a smaller scope. Surely there is a feature request in SourceForge as well.

I've managed to get a thumbnail option working for version 2.3.
Also has the ability to display the fullsize image when you rollover the image, but this option can be disabled.
It works in both IE and Firefox, not tested in IE5.5

We have now a much more advanced file browser for CKEditor: http://ckfinder.com/
