Reproducing Procedures
- Open the 'replace by class' sample page in Safari;
- Open the 'Format' Combo, then click outside editor chrome;
- Actual Result: combo panel won't able to hide from now on;

The problem happens to 'Format' Combo specifically, modify summary.
