Description
We really like the CKeditor, but it is missing a key function, and that is the ability to set a background color for tables and table cells.
Am I missing something? Is there a way to do that?

dup of #595 with regards to colors for tables. Cell colors are already available.

Table cells background and border colors are possible to set via Context Menu -> Cell -> Properies. Color picker for this feature is covered by #3727 and available in nightly version.
