New File/image dialog

While the current file and image dialog get the work done, it has some deficiencies:

• Too complex for my grandmother use. Too much options.
• It falls behind other windows
• I can click in the editor window while editing

For improving the consider the following sugestions:

• Use a light box for showing the dialogs. It prevents the browser from blocking popups, the user from clicking in the editor and is nice.
