SimpleTable extension support

Description
It would be nice if the editor could handle reading SimpleTable extension tables, even if it wrote them back out in standard table format.
A table of the form:
<tab sep=comma> 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6 </tab>
Unfortunately, there are a number of possible sep characters that would have to be handled.

Since FCKeditor is no longer supported and was replaced with CKEditor, active development of the MediaWiki extension and support for it are also finished.
