Rich combos are not re-positioned when going to maximize mode

Description
Steps to reproduce
- Open a sample or the live demo.
- Open a rich combo (e.g. color)
- Click on the maximize button.
The rich combo does not get re-positioned.

We should determine what is the expected behaviours for the toolbar panels and the context menu. IMHO, the toolbar panels should get repositioned and the context menu should be closed.

I think you meant #6003 as DUP.
It's just like clicking anywhere outside the panel. It should get closed, just like any combo.

Fixed around CKEditor 4.0-4.1. Rich combos are hidden when maximize button is clicked.

Same as the context menu, so this is a floating panel issue.
