CKeditor 3.2.1: insert image is not working in the image tool

Description

CKeditor3.2.1 demo website:

Click on the image tool in the CKeditor,
Click on 'Link' or 'Advanced'
Paste a URL
Click on OK

--> You get a Javascript alert "Image source URL is missing"

The image is not pasted even when I insert the URL.

You have simply misunderstood the Link tab. It's there to create a "link" on the image. The image itself must be set in the main "Image Info" tab.
