Description
The first click on SCAYT button opens menu, the second click should hide it.

Please note that this is not a SCAYT specific issue, but an generic issue with "menu buttons". So, no fix should go on SCAYT for it, but into the menu button code instead.

This issue was fixed in 4.3.

SpellChecker.net team plans to rewrite SCAYT menuu button, so we would like to deffer this bug for now.
