textarea - problem when load data from db

Description

when I create the html textarea below and anything else and save in mysql database

when I load data from db in data ckeditor below the textarea are not loaded into the ckeditor

It sounds like an error in the code of your page.

Please provide us a test page showing the issue. It doesn't need to be any server side page, but simply HTML and JavaScript showing the data being loaded.
