ForcePasteAsPlainText doesn't work properly when SCAYT is Set to Auto-Start in Firefox

Description
It was reported in Drupal site: http://drupal.org/node/924614
I set SCAYT to auto-start in my CKEditor profile and also turned on ForcePasteAsPlainText. This combination works fine in IE8, but if you have both turned on, it doesn't work properly in Firefox. If you press Ctrl+V to paste, it goes in as rich text. If you right-click and paste, the window appears asking you to paste into the plain text into the popup. Same happens if you press the paste button on the toolbar. If I turn off SCAYT by default (auto-start), the force paste as plain text works just fine.
I checked and i can confirm that bug.
