In German, it says under "about CKEditor"

"Für Informationen Liztenzbestimmungen besuchen sie bitte unsere Webseite:"

The correct wording would be:

"Für Informationen über unsere Lizenzbestimmungen besuchen sie bitte unsere Webseite:"
