Description
To reproduce the defect:
1) Open a CK Editor sample and type some text and select the text.
2) open the context menu
Expected Result:
Cut & Copy options should be enabled
Actual Result:
Cut & Copy options are always disabled.

This will be available in CKEditor 3.6.4.

Confirmed also for Chrome In Firefox 4, Copy/Paste are enabled, but "browser security settings, don't allow to..." dialog appear after clicking on it.
Probably linked with old #3749 issue
