IE - Display issue with table select

Description
When scrolling with a selected table the selection indicators show outside the editor when scrolling inside the editor.
To reproduce:
- Enter several lines of text
- Insert a table
- Enter several lines of text
- Select the table
- Scroll up and/or down and you will see the
selection indicators move outside of the editor going overtop of the main page.

Like #188, we can't fix this.

This behavior is controlled by IE and not FCKeditor. I don't see changes of fixing it at our side.
