Description ¶
Hi there.
I'm using FCKeditor v2.4.3 and Firefox v2 running on Windows XP SP2, with Ms. Word 2002 installed.
I found that FCKeditor seems to format text with different paragraph spacing after i paste on it. Please kindly follow these steps:
- open attached file, it's Ms. Word document consists of 4 lines.
- select all, copy, then paste into FCKeditor.
- on FCKeditor, select all, copy, then paste back into NEW Ms. Word document.
- on Ms. Word, select all newly pasted, right click, choose "Paragraph"
- on "Indent and Spacing" tab, please notice that "Spacing Before" and "Spacing After" is set to "Auto" instead of "0"
Now there's more space between line. This inaccuracy would produce different layout and take more pages.
best regards,
kalapacengkir.

That behavior is controlled by the browser. You'll get different results using IE or Firefox, and I don't think that there's nothing that we can do to improve it.
