Resizing the editor inside a fieldset returns unexpected results

Description
When the editor is positioned in a fieldset, the "full screen" feature doesn't work as expected. Have a look at the screenshots I attached for a better understanding of what's happening.
I am able to reproduce this in Firefox 2.0.0.4, IE6 and IE7. Haven't tried in other browsers.
