FF - Scrollbar does not operate properly in editor with large amount of text

Description
Go to CKEditor demo source view. Paste in attached html. Go to view mode. Single click on the scrollbar under the scrollbar thumb. Nothing happens.
Depending on where you single click the scroll might happen, but most times it does not. Similarly, if you single click above the scrollbar thumb, scrolling does not occur.

Happens only in FF browsers.
Sometimes thumb doesn't react to clicks at all and sometimes it pauses for one or two clicks and then it works again.

Just to increase the priority of this bug, single click on the scrollbar arrows on FF always stuck, content independently, supposed to be fixed by #7932.

I did a quick test and it seems that patch from #7932 has fixed this issue.

Following trail for #7932, it is unclear when that patch was applied. If it was applied post 3.6.2, I can believe the issue might be fixed, but we are still seeing the issue in 3.6.2.

It wasn't. I have just applied the patch manually to trunk and did a quick test. That's all.

Is this, or can this, be considered for 3.6.3? This is a big issue for our customers. I see that http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/8393 is under review, which sounds related, but doesn't seem to encompass 7932.

WFM on trunk, so it means that it will be on 3.6.3.

Note that large isn't really large. The attached html was generated from a 15 page word document.
