FF: Drag and drop (move) table does not work

Description
It seems one cannot move (drag and drop) a whole table (like you move images) when using Firefox (2.x or 1.x) both on XP and Mac OS X (or Camino for that matter).
One can do that with IE (it shows the cross-shaped symbol on left-click and moves the whole table where you drop it).
May be related to the copy/paste table bug (1255029)?

Unfortunately the very basic editing features, like text typing, clipboard operations, drag and drop, among others, are not controlled by FCKeditor but are provided by the browser itself.
The problem here is that it it not really possible to select a table with Gecko (Firefox and Co). This is a limitation we can't do much about, other than pray for Gecko to evolve on supporting it (by reporting a bug report, of course). Actually, the related report already exists (dated 2004): https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=236106
