Find attached a patch for the Dutch language file, updating all missing translations.

One minor thing: can you provide the translation for the "or" word from the brackets:
(px, %, in, cm, mm, em, ex, pt, or pc)
(px or %)

Would that be "of" in Dutch? Thanks!
