Cannot see the summary of table

Description
To add a table in the CKEditor, and add the Caption and Summary. Then save and exit, only the caption will be displayed. Cannot see the summary.

According to http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_table_summary.asp, summary attribute has no visual representation, it is used by screen readers.
More appropriate here would be new Feature request for adding <tfoot> tag (http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_tfoot.asp) from table properties dialog.
I have reported this feature request here #8367.
