[IE] Table resize points are visible outside workspace

[IE 7, 8, 9]

Table resize points are visible outside workspace.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a table
2. Click on bottom right corner on the created table - 8 resizing points will showup.
3. Click & hold bottom right and stretch table that it's wider than the editor workspace.
4. After release resize points are shown outside the editor workspace.
