Description

I don't know if it is a bug or a security restriction in Chrome - but the copy and the cut buttons are disabled in the toolbar in my version of Chrome (v14) - I am using CKEditor 3.6.2.

No dialog shows up urging me to use CTRL+X/V...

Webkit doesn't let JavaScript to access the clipboard.

No matter how you set your browser, you would always see message telling you to use CRTL+X/CRTL+V. Those icons are disabled deliberately since it was not possible to use them anyway.

It seems that one of our senior developers has found a solution to the problem you have reported. He has reported it here #8463.

We will keep this one closed and #8463 open as it contains patch. Sorry for the mess.
