Spaces lost on copying during editing

Take

Reproducible only in IE9 from CKEditor 3.0.

1. Just copy the text presented in post and paste it into editor under IE9
2. Make fev spaces (a)^ the Authority; behind brakcet
3. Press CRTL+A, CRTL+C, CRTL+V

Result:
Spaces will be lost.
