CKeditor IE 9 compatibility view issue with text area.

Description

Hi,

I've this strange issue with CKeditor when it is loaded with IE9 compatview. I've to double click on the text area to enter something. The first time when I click nothing happens.Very annoying to users.

Any patch or fix to resolve this issue?

Sorry I was not able to get result you have described.

Could you give me more details here like -

should there be any text in editor,
how many editors should be on page,
Does problem occur in latest CKEditor 3.6.3
Can it be reproduced on CKEditor demo or only in your application
Have perhaps set any CSS rules that might be causing it like in this ticket - #8892
