cursor jumps back

Description

I have made a video showing the exact error , where pressing the Bold and then typing and pressing "backspace" jumps back in the text and deletes that rather then the last typed letters..

You have set version 3.6.3 but this was an issue with 3.6.2. It was fixed.

I have checked this in demo (http://ckeditor.com/demo) in nightly (http://nightly.ckeditor.com/) and my local server and didn't get any errors.

Are you sure you have checked this issue on version 3.6.3 and not 3.6.2?

This is quite important issue, so please leave your replay after you check it.
