How about it?

Toolbar should float just above native keyboard, so it's easy to apply various styles.

I have just checked this issue on iPad.

Basic question is where is CKEditor here? All I see is CodeMirror (which by the way works on latest iPad).

I'm closing this issue as invalid. If you really meant to show bug in CKEditor please show me correct sample and I will reopen this issue.
