Image resizing handles fall on top of dialog

Description
Steps to test:
- Use a browser that supports resizing (FF, IE)
- Click an image, see that the resize handles show
- Double click or right click and select "image properties"
- When the dialog box shows, the resize handles are positioned over it.

This is happening in inline editor in Firefox only where selection stays after pressing right click.
This is browser feature and there is rather nothing we can do here.
