Norwegian: Suggested changes to the norwegian language files

The word "celleegenskaper" is used several places, but "celle egenskaper" is used for DlgCellTitle. "celleegenskaper" is the right one.

"pixels" is translated to "pixeler"; Norwegian has several words that can be used, but pixeler is more like an imported English word. The more correct word would be "piksler".

I'm attaching patchfiles with the suggested changes.

I'm constantly targeting Norwegian tickets to the 2.5, but I'm not a Norwegian expert. If Martin sees something wrong, please add your comments in the tickets.

Am I supposed to set target when I report a ticket? Please correct me if I do any mistakes when creating tickets. My only interest is to help improve the editor without making to much work for you :)

Geir... you are doing the right thing, really. Targeting tickets is something that must be done by a core developer, so you should really leave that field blank.

The "I'm constantly targeting" statement was only to advice Martin that I'm not trying to step on his feet, making decisions regarding the Norwegian language file, as he's our official reference for that.

My only interest is to help improve the editor without making to much work for you :)
