Table properties fields not working in ckeditor while open in colobox

Description

When opening a page in "colorbox" CKeditor's Table Dialogbox open and its input fields not working, we can't edit these fields as well other dialog boxes have same problem.

This is one of issues there are with jQuery.

You can either use older version of jQuery lib and baseFloatZIndex or you can try fix mentioned in http://bugs.jqueryui.com/ticket/9087#comment:30.
