Description
One of our customers find creating a table difficult in CKEditor, and finds the look and feel for the table and the dialog a little bit dated.
We would like a way to make the table look more modern in the editor if possible, and have an alternative to creating table For example, having a new plugin allowing to graphically select how many rows and columns is needed.

I have got more details from the UX team in IBM - What they would like to have is :
Table: Default table to 100% so it fits the screen. Table: Change default borders - be a simple line to make it more modern. Make it a 1 pixel border; take away the bevel

We have decided to split the issues mentioned in the bug description into two tickets:
- New table picker plugin for creating quick tables will be handled in #8724.
- In this ticket a new plugin will be created that will override default values in the Table Properties dialog. This will allow to create a more modern default table look.
Part of this issue is a duplicate of #8724. We may call it one-click table.
What is more this plugin is available in our add-ons repository: http://ckeditor.com/addon/quicktable

Dialog has Moono Look and Feel. Could you explain how dialog can be in your opinion made more modern?
Could you perhaps explain in more detail or perhaps provide some link showing how in your opinion modern table should look in editor?
