Misaligned icons in Rails

Description
I've implemented CKEditor in my Rails app but the icons are not algined properly. I've tried to fix it in several ways but cannot make them align inside the boxes.

Yes, several times. This is happening in two different Rails installations.

Does it happen also if you unpack CKEditor package and load the sample which is included? Try to unpack it in some new location, because this problem may happen when replacing an old installation with a new one.
