[IE@WP] Table is inserted at the end of the document

Steps to reproduce

1. Open demo.ckeditor.com
2. Put the cursor in the contenteditable.
3. Insert table.

Expected result

Table is inserted in the selection.

Actual result

Table is inserted at the end of the document.

Other details (browser, OS, CKEditor version, installed plugins)

Internet Explorer in Windows Phone 8.1.

Most likely it's a DUP of #13593.

Please also remember about setting a correct version.

Unable to reproduce in Safari (iPad)

That's strange but it looks like some sort of IE@WP–only issue.

Requires confirmation in Android.

Unable to reproduce on Android 5.1 with Chrome 44.

I have checked Android 4.4.4 with Chrome and Firefox but selection worked as expected.

I had some rendering issues on FF but table was inserted in right place.
