i'm translating the hebrew file for 3 years now. and i would like to see a forum where we can upload our translations before a new version comes around.

Hi Tamir... in the past, I've made a request to our translators to subscribe to the Translators Mailing List. This is a very low traffic list, which is used basic to make translation update requests. You can see the last message here.
