Description
In Firefox Version Firefox 49.0.1:
When a text is pasted from a word file or a Thunderbird e-mail the text is SOMETIMES pasted multiple times instead of just once. It's no issue with the clipboard since pasting it into notepad works just fine. Any hints on what might cause this issue are welcome. Thank you!

I'm sorry but we have never encountered such issue with CKEditor and we have no clue what might be wrong. The only thing which comes to my mind is the same as in #12995 - listener gets duplicated.
In order to accept a bug we need reproduction scenario. When you say sometimes it might be a problem in your implementation and not a bug in the editor. Could you please try providing such scenario for which will work on our demo page or in standalone CKEditor freshly downloaded from our page (without any CKEditor custom plugins or external third-party scripts).
