A issue with paste table from Excel and plugin pastebin64

Steps to reproduce

1. Download a preset full CKEditor plus "Paste image as base64" plugin
2. Enable pastebase64 plugin at config:

3. Open it with Chrome (56.0.2924.87) and at editable area, paste a simple table from Excel

The pastebase64 has not been created by CKSource thus we can't provide any support for that plugin. If you are having problems with it, please report the problem to pastebase64 author.

Please also note there might be some issues with pasting from Excel (styles might be lost) as we don't full support it - #13623.

Thanks j.swiderski. Please, take more um moment for this ticket and see that there problem yet in Firefox Version 51 and CK 4.6.2(without plugin pastebin64, just a full instal of CK) when paste a table from Excel. in this case, the table is pasted as a image and not as a html code. You can check using this jsfiddle: ​https://jsfiddle.net/nq35eptw/

@edsonperotoni thank you for your comment. I have reported new issue here #16900 so that no custom plugins are mentioned.
