Opera 9.5 lose meta and style information

Win2k SP4 5.00.2195/ Opera 9.5 Build 10063/ fckeditor 2.6.1 built 19297.
- Use the full page sample07.html.
- Add more than one document properties.
- Changing view two times between the source and HTML code.
- Now you can find only one meta tag in the header. Manually attached stylesheet files are also lost.
After some of my attempts, it seems as if after one metatag all the other tags in header lost. This occurs unfortunately also happens, only if the code is stored.

Opera 10.61.3484, CKE 3.4.1 Trunk &demo
I copied entire page source. No info was lost while changing from source and WYSIWYG multiple times

Confirmed using FCKeditor 2.6.2 and the latest SVN version in Opera 9.5. Works fine with FF and IE.
