Description
When trying to insert two FCK.InsertHtml(" ") together, with the bug fix (#2248), happend that it only insert one " " after a plain space. Meaning that the bug #2248, marked as fixed, is not yet solved. Luck!
Steps to reproduce: 1.- Try to do two FCK.InsertHtml(" ") together.
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; es-ES; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
OS: Windows XP Proffesional with SP2

The fix of #2248 has been improved and now it seems to work fine.
