I've tried for the whole day yesterday and the whole morning today to add a textarea widget but...

  1. The problem from #2661 returns, which can be fixed easily by restoring the hack I posted earlier.
  2. The textarea element doesn't seem to work as a multi-line text input whenever it is added to inside the dialog - it is rendered *like* a single-line input and it accepts only single-line text (i.e. pressing Enter in it won't produce a new line). But when it is added outside to the dialog, it works.

btw the problems I mentioned are only happening with IE6.
