The clipboard dialog that 's related to browsers security setting is still shown even users click "Cancel"/"No" button on IE security alert.

Description

How to replicate the problem:

  1. Use IE6/7/8
  2. Copy any text from somewhere by Ctrl-C hotkey(let copy the text from RTE itself be a example).
  3. Paste it by Ctrl-V hotkey.
  4. The IE's security alert is shown , and then click Cancel/No button to cancel the copy action.
  5. The RTE's clipboard dialog is still shown even users clicked the Cancel/No button.

If you click "YES", the text will be pasted.

If you click "NO" you will see "Paste dialog" to paste the text.
