MenuItems in toolbar don't show a down arrow in HC mode

Description

For any Menu Item, like SCAYT, the drop-down arrow does not have an alternative text-based arrow in HC mode.

The changes to Kama and button are OK, but I don-t notice any benefit with the changes to v2 and 2003.

You should be able to notice the down arrow is misaligned with the label text without those skin changes.
