Description
I noticed that it's impossible to use the last version of CKEditor in every browser except in IE, where it works well. I tried it in Firefox (last version), Chrome (last version), Safari (last version) and IE 8. You can see it in the printscreen. The previous version that I used was the 2.6, and it worked well. For simplicity, I used the samples provided in the Zip file.

I don't see any problem using that sample with any browser.
Can you try to use another FTP client instead of FileZilla?

It's the same, I tried FileZilla, WinSCP and FireFTP. I also tried to download directly from the site server (via SSH remote and wget)... it works only with IE. The same error is visible if I visit the online samples of CKEditor, but everything works on the demo page of the site.

What are the online samples that fail?

I was talking about the Nightly Build, but today it works perfectly. Can it be a bug that depends on some server misconfigurations?

The nightly build was broken some days ago; as a general rule it should be used only to test the new features, not for a first install because it hasn't been thoroughly tested.

If it was broken is there a little possibility that the downloadable version of the CKEditor is bugged too? Because the problem was the same, and now that the nightly build works, the downloadable version can be fixed in the same way, isn't it?

So, what did you really download?
The 3.2 release as the report states or the nightly build?
