Reproducing Procedures
- Open any of the sample page;
- Insert a textarea with all fields filled;
- Switch to 'Source' mode and switch back;
- Open 'Text Field' dialog through context menu;
- Actual Result: 'Columns' field value is missing.

I have managed to reproduce it in IE6, IE7 and IE8, IE9 Quirks Mode from CKE 3.0
The strange thing is that this error occurred only when value for columns was 20. This is the only value I have found - I wasn't that determined :)
