Issue with dialog boxes in Arabic Language

In Arabic language, hovering over the close dialog button (big red cross icon on top left corner) results in expansion of text boxes if those boxes contain large data. The issue is reproducible in IE8 with CKEditor 3.3 in "office2003" skin. Refer the attached screenshot for details.

I am still able reproduce the issue in latest nightly build. I would like to reiterate that this issue is happening with office2003 skin in IE8 when text boxes contain large data.

Only reproduced in IE quirks, right-to-left, but unfortunately it's a browser rendering bug in quirks mode and we'll not able to fix it.

This issue is not happening prior to CKEditor 3.3, then how it's browser bug? Some thing has changed in CKEditor 3.3 which is causing this issue. Please provide a fix for this issue.

Works fine in latest CKEditor 3.6.2
